Median and average Single Family Home values in the Inner East Bay continue to rise, while condo values remain flat. We also saw an uptick in the number of sales, particularly in higher-priced homes. Of these, Piedmont leads the trend.
Overbidding declined fractionally, but the Inner East Bay region of the Greater San Francisco Bay Area is maintaining the highest average percentage of sales-price-to-asking prices in the Bay Area. Average days on market continued to be very low, virtually unchanged for the last 5 years.
