Starting from the bottom in the mailroom at United Talent Agency, Marc worked his way up to becoming a literary manager, representing screenwriters and directors.

This experience in the entertainment industry not only honed his negotiation skills but also taught him the importance of creativity and resilience—traits that have served him well in real estate.

Eventually, Marc returned to real estate, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and a fresh perspective. His diverse experiences have shaped a unique approach to real estate, where he combines his understanding of complex transactions with a deep empathy for his clients.

When Marc joined Compass, he knew he wanted to do more than just sell homes. He wanted to build something lasting—a brand and a team that reflected his values and vision.
