Both Anthony and I agreed that agents deserve to be compensated for their expertise and the value they bring to the table. He used the example of a brain surgeon with thousands of surgeries under their belt versus one with only a handful. The comparison, while extreme, is a valid one—experience matters, and the value of a seasoned real estate agent cannot be overlooked.
